Responsibilities
- Canvassing assigned territories for opportunities to sell client Finance products.
- Selling company loan products to military and para-military personnel in assigned territories.
- Distributing loan application forms to interested military and para-military personnel.
- Selling loan benefits to potential customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products to groups of personnel at the different commands.
- Collating distributed loan application forms, and documents and submitting them timely for processing.
- Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
Requirements
- A BSc or HND is required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in an investment company is a plus but not required.
Key Success Criteria:
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Quote-To-Close Ratio
- Average Profit Margin
- Monitor and increase sales volume, number of new businesses generated and customer references.
- Develop and propose ideas, strategies, and proposals that are viable and marketable.
- Timely disbursement of funds to customers after obtaining management’s approval.
