Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Jos. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and meeting performance targets. Daily task include account recruitment, deposit mobilization and promoting banking products and services, assisting clients with account-related requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving the bank's overall business objectives.

Responsibility

• Conduct direct sales presentations to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide product knowledge and information to customers. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Previous experience in direct sales is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. S elf-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of the company and our products/services.

Experience with market research and developing sales strategies Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a sales-related role is an advantage
