Job description

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate general repairs and service of office equipment and appliances • Monitor the use of company vehicles. • Supervise repairs of all company vehicles • Ensure renewal of maintenance service level agreement for copier and generator. • Ensure payment of rent from tenant and payment of rent of office spaces.

Qualifications

    BA/BSc/HND

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields • Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage office operations effective
